Greatly enjoyed the breakfast.
The hotel was fairly clean and bright, had nice views of the Chicago skyline. The genuinely friendly and fabulously friendly personnel, was quick to help. The breakfast was awesome and there were variety of options. Its marvellous, central location was a plus. There was a lounge restaurant nearby.

Strongly recommend for a lightning trip
Spacious room, friendly staff, with free parking and early check-in, made our visit convenient to explore my son's campus which was just a short drive away.

Rooms very very good, hotel was clean, staff was very polite and helpful
(1)Rooms not ready at check in, they were very busy. (2)There was no place to park when we left saturday evening and returned late that night. (3) The dinning room was not open yet.

Did not have proper hot water on the first day. There was problem with the internet also in the morning. It was there on the second morning also as such the room was changed. This was duly compensated also. I can understand that the problem can arise any time but the response from the receptionist was appreciated. Even otherwise one of the receptionists was very rude and not friendly at all. Such behavior from service industry can not be accepted.
